Pamela, a native of Lee County, Arkansas, dedicates her time to motivate, empower, and encourage people around her.  She believes that motivation and encouragement inspires people to go farther in life. 

She earned an Associate Degree in Office/Supervision Management from Pulaski Technical College and a Bachelor Degree in General Management from UA Little Rock, Arkansas.  After working in the public sector for over 25 years and providing more than 10 years of executive assistance to Chief Officers, which includes but not limited to organizing various events, she organized Here To Help Foundation.  Her primary goal was to create supplemental assistance programs that serve children, adults, and families in the community.

After realizing the importance of having support from others (financially, physically, and emotionally), Pamela sought to provide those things for a many people as possible.  Her greatest reward of giving is seeing the joy in the lives of others and the appreciation they express.  By that, she knows that she is fulfilling her life's purpose.

Providing various assistance is her priority for Here To Help Foundation.  Her goal is to ensure that the assistance give individuals and families hope and lets them know that they have someone who “Recognizes the need and accepts the call to help” which is also the organization's motto.
